This massive UFO orbs sighting dates back to August 23, 2011, over Toronto Canada.
A YouTube user ableseaman1970 made this video available. And we would like share his work with our viewers.
This is another sighting with multiple UFO formations, similar to all the recent sightings, such as the New York city sighting a night before Hurricane Irene on August 26 2011 over Bronx NYC.

3. The lights are ON the water, not over it. That's pretty obvious from the opening shot.
4. They are obviously boats.
